At Gabby’s Goodies, every treat is made fresh to order with love and care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

For pickup orders, once the order has been picked up, Gabby’s Goodies is no longer responsible for any damages. No refunds or replacements will be issued for items damaged after pickup.

For delivery orders, if something occurs during delivery that affects the quality or integrity of your order, please contact us within 24 hours. In such cases, a partial refund or a replacement on your next order may be offered at our discretion.

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup so we can address the issue promptly.

1. Orders & Payments
• All custom orders must be confirmed at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
• A full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time.
• If payment or deposit is not received within this timeframe, your order will be canceled without further notice.
• Remaining balances (if only a deposit was paid) must be paid before or at the time of pick-up/delivery.
• Please confirm your order details carefully; once confirmed, orders are considered final.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may receive a refund excluding the 50% deposit, if one was paid.
• Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery will not be refunded.
• No-shows or failure to pick up orders will not be refunded.

3. Order Changes
• Any changes to your order (flavors, quantity, date, etc.) must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, but they are not guaranteed.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery
• Pick-up times are scheduled in advance. Please arrive on time or notify us if you’re running late.
• If we offer delivery, an additional fee may apply depending on location. Delivery time slots will be confirmed beforehand.

• All treats are homemade in a kitchen where common allergens (like dairy, nuts, gluten, and eggs) are used. We do not guarantee allergen-free products.
• Gabby’s Goodies is not liable for any allergic reactions.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in appearance and ingredients may occur.
